There are many courses advertised on the Internet, and you can also contact your Chinese Embassy in your own country to give you a list of the recommended courses. But there are plenty of options available, still, and the courses differ on intensity, location, organization and quality as well. You also have to consider all the costs involved, as getting into China is not that cheap, and if your course is not funded you might need a budget for living costs for the time you study Chinese in China.
